Here’s a bold statement, but from my experience, I know it’s true…

If you are a VA who works quickly AND you are working by the hour, simply stated–You are hurting your business.

Yes. If you’re trading dollars for hours, then you are ‘short-changing’ yourself!

TAKE NOTE: Clients are happier when they are paying for the results you provide; not for the time it takes for you to provide those results.

Month after month the same pattern repeated itself. If clients didn’t ‘use’ all the hours they purchased (a HUGE benefit to them since I worked quickly and got everything they needed to be done in half the time they had contracted me for) they would ask to either roll over their unused hours to the next billing period or even worse, ask to ‘freeze’ the hours to use when they needed my services again.

Let me tell you; there’s nothing worse than a client coming back to you six months later to collect what they feel is owed to them!

Can you relate to this?

Instead of clients expressing gratitude at how much I was getting done for them or fast I worked–without compromising quality–and never mind that I provided my clients exceptional work (as most of us professional VA’s do), it was clear to me that being paid by the hour offers ZERO reward for being fast and efficient.

It was actually a detriment to me and my VA business to work FAST…and it hurt me financially.

I wondered how I would I ever get ahead if every single month I had to ‘hustle’ to keep the clients I already had happy (so they would stay working with me) AND if I had to spend every free minute I could find in trying to come up with new and creative ways to attract more and more clients. And let’s face it…there are only so many hours in the day to work with so many clients.

I wondered if this cycle would ever end (I couldn’t see how) and was certain I would never find happiness. Worst of all, I was stressed out from having too many clients! I was working late into the night and on weekends working on their projects. And I had no choice but to work fast since whatever ‘down’ time I had was dedicated to finding even MORE clients! It was so frustrating, and I can cry just thinking about it.

Then I discovered the solution to this problem…and it was not something the VA Industry–at the time—was telling me.

In fact, it was through other business coaching groups I was involved in; Mastermind Business and Marketing Groups. I listened at my meetings and took diligent notes and what I heard resonated with me so much that I simply had to figure out how I could apply some of these concepts into my Virtual Assistant business.

Would clients understand not paying by the hour, but instead for the results I provide? And how can I measure and report these results, so they felt served at the highest level? I took pieces of advice from here and there and I tweaked and continued to tweak until I ‘dialed it all in.’

Quite beautifully, I might add!

The way I have structured, packaged and priced my own VA services has made such a major difference in my business and, as a result, my income has soared beyond six figures!

Yes, in a very short amount of time my Virtual Assistant business went from earning $40k to more than $100k annually!

I could never have dreamed this for myself. How can it be possible–as an administrative professional–to actually decide what I want to earn in my VA business, to have clients never wanting to leave and new clients ‘lining up’ to get to work with ME!?

Best of all, I work with just a handful of select clients who appreciate all I bring to the table. And I am paid much more than I ever thought possible and am actually REWARDED for working fast.

In fact, the faster I work, the more money I make! Can you imagine that!?

These days, clients are ready to take action in working with me immediately following (or during) our initial consultation.

It took a lot of trial and error over the years in my own Virtual Assistant business, but I’ve effectively ‘dialed in’ packaging, pricing and communicating the value to potential clients.

Now you can learn from my experience and what’s worked for me in packaging and pricing my VA services. It took major trial and error, but I sit back now comfortable with the income I earn and in working smarter, not harder. I am able to spend my evenings helping my son with homework and weekends watching his Little League games.

You may not be looking to have a six-figure VA business…I surely wasn’t. But you may be feeling, just like I was, frustrated with the cycle of needing more and more clients to make a better income. I can help you to get out of that cycle!

Let me help you shorten your path to VA business success and happiness.

During your ‘Pricing and Packaging Your Services’ one-to-one 60-minute private coaching call, I’m going to show you:

  • How to ‘bundle’ your services by offering value-added packages (instead of hourly rates). (BUT, I assure you, it’s not bundling a group of services either– THIS doesn’t work). Best of all, you will no longer have to deal with the dreaded question, “Will you roll over ‘unused’ time?”;
  • How to specifically outline within your Client Agreement the parameters for each of your packages, so you and your clients know you are being taken care of;
  • The BEST Reporting Tool that will confirm for your client how valuable you REALLY ARE!
  • The #1 Resource I use in my business that will ‘Show You the Money,’ month after month. You can watch your income soar to new heights! I didn’t think it was possible to reach six figures being a VA, but I’ve done it! Whatever your income goals, you can achieve them.
  • I will also provide you all the templates you will need to get everything into place, including your client agreement, ‘show me the money’ spreadsheet, and client productivity report. (Yes, you can finally ‘ditch’ the time reports!)

Are your ready to break the ‘Feast or Famine’ cycle in your VA Business?

YES. I AM READY TO BE REWARDED FOR WORKING EFFICIENTLY!

How much is it costing you to stay where you are; NOT making the income you deserve, NOT helping the people who need your help, and NOT building the Virtual Assistant business you KNOW you can have?

Don’t wait! A year from now you’ll wish you would have jumped on this amazing opportunity!
